Weekly: $4,130 Minimum 7 night Booking.
Easter from 28/3/2024 – 1/4/2024: 4 nights @ $590 per night.
WEEKLY RATES
Off Peak: $2,610
Holiday: $2,740
Peak Season: (only available for weekly bookings) – $4,130 except 4 nights at Easter.
Off Peak rates above cover 2 adults.
Extra charge of $20 per person per night for Guests 3 & 4.
MINIMUM STAY
Two nights outside Peak season. Seven nights during Christmas/Jan Peak Season and 4 Nights at Easter.
Payment of the Tariff can be made via Internet or branch deposit to our bank account.
DEPOSIT
Outside peak season – payment in full or 50% for bookings over $1,000 in value with the balance of tariff payable 30 days prior to your arrival.
Peak Season – 50% deposit payable on firming up booking and remaining balance of tariff by Dec 1st.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are granted only if the vacancy is refilled by another booking. A $100 admin fee will be deducted from any refunds.
